To reset log files on UNIX

1. Open a UNIX shell window.

2. Stop the admin and sync server processes.

3. Enter:

   cd <M-Business_Home>/logs

4. Move the log files listed in Checking log files to a safe storage location.

5. Restart the admin and sync processes in reverse order from which they were stopped.
