Replication Agent™ for DB2 UDB for OS/390 is a component of a replication system that moves primary database transactions from DB2 UDB for OS/390 through Replication Server to replicate databases.
In a Replication Agent for DB2 UDB environment, the primary database is DB2 UDB, which runs as a subsystem in z/OS. The database logs are DB2 UDB logs. The replication module consists of two components:
Log Extract
Log Transfer Manager
