pgm specifies that a DB2 access service sends both a user ID and password to the target database system when it establishes communications.
none specifies that a DB2 access service sends neither a user ID nor a password to the target database system when it establishes communications.
same specifies that a DB2 access service sends a user ID, but not a password to the target database system when it establishes communications.
