Specifies the value a DB2 access service inserts into columns with time conversion errors when DateTimeConvertError is set to default. (See “DateTimeConvertError”.)
The DefaultTime property value
must be within a valid range for the associated data conversion
property values.

hh.mm.ss is the default time, where:
hh is the hour in 24-hour clock time.
mm is the minute.
ss is the second.
A period is used as the delimiter.
