The Technical Library CD contains the DynaText browser, several collections of online books, and a setup program to install the browser and books.
DynaText from Inso Electronic Publishing Solutions is a powerful hypertext browser that provides full-text search and annotation capabilities.
To use the online books, you must install the DynaText browser. You can either install the book collections or access them from the CD:

If you do not install them, you can access books only when the CD is in the CD drive.
