Once you select an Adaptive Server:
Create a database for the Historical Server to use for storing monitoring data. The default for the name of the database is hs_monitoring. If you choose to have a different name for the database, create that named database, then change the database name in the hs_directload.sql script.
Run the install script hs_directload.sql on the database. The install script creates two catalog tables, sessions and views, and the stored procedure sp_hs_dboutput.
