If a Web service returns more data than the value of the @@textsize global variable, the data is truncated to the size specified by @@textsize. Consequently, the data returned may not form a valid XML document.
No error is raised because this is the expected behavior for Adaptive Server Enterprise when text or image data is truncated with a select command. However, a warning is logged for the Consumer component, so check your consumer.log file.
