Encoding issue for roman8 character set on HP

Issue

When you use the Producer or Consumer component, the session used to connect to Adaptive Server Enterprise uses the iso_1 character set due to a limitation with the JVM. This occurs for Adaptive Server Enterprise running on HP platforms, where the default character set is roman8, which does not have a valid mapping.
