To execute a Web method using the Web interface, use the following procedure:
Executing a Web method
Select the Execute link under the Web Methods menu.
Provide values for the following fields:
Username – The user name used to connect to Adaptive Server Enterprise.
Password – The password used to connect to Adaptive Server Enterprise.
ASE Service – The name of the Web service to be invoked.
SQL – SQL arguments for the Web service to be invoked.
SQLX Options – SQLX options for the Web Service to be invoked.
Output – Output format. This is a drop-down list.
Click Submit to execute the Web method.
