Adaptive Server Enterprise Web Services is installed as part of the installation for Adaptive Server Enterprise. Adaptive Server Enterprise Web Services may be configured during the installation of Adaptive Server Enterprise using a configuration wizard or after the installation from Sybase Central. For instructions on installing Adaptive Server Enterprise, see the Installation Guide for Adaptive Server Enterprise.
Unless otherwise specified, directories listed in this
and subsequent chapters are assumed to reside under the $SYBASE/WS-12_5 directory
on UNIX and the %SYBASE%\WS-12_5 directory
on Windows.
