Running a pre-12.5.1 XML processor in standalone mode

[CR #331069] When a pre-12.5.1 XML processor is run in standalone mode, it requires JDK and JRE.1.2.x jar files in the CLASSPATH. Failure to have these JDK/JRE1.2.x files means that the XML processor does not start.

Workaround: Sybase does not recommend running a pre-12.5.1 Adaptive Server XML processor in standalone mode.
