On some platforms, InstallShield may fail with a message that it cannot find a JVM (Java virtual machine). There is a JVM supplied with InstallShield, but there may be another JVM in the path.
Workaround: Start InstallShield with an additional argument:
./setup '-is:javahome JVM'
A side effect of this additional argument is that the uninstall program does not work.
