Uninstalling Adaptive Server, Replication Server, and Open Client Server

[CRs #346178 and #347530] On systems with Adaptive Server 12.5.1 and higher, Replication Server 12.6, and Open Client Server 12.5.1 installed, uninstalling any one of the products leaves entries in the Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. This entries falsely identify that the removed program(s) are still installed.

Workaround: There is no workaround for this issue.
