[CR #271646] When the Adaptive Server default character set is UTF-8, the ASE Replicator procedures sp_addreplicateart and sp_addreplicateconn return some error messages incorrectly.
This problem does not affect the function of these procedures.
Even though the error messages are not returned correctly,
the errors are logged correctly in the ASE Replicator log files.
Workaround: There is no workaround for this issue.
