langinstall and charset utilities do not support LDAP  alter table and triggers with if update() clauses

Backup Server hangs when issuing an RPC to dump a database

[CR #242917] When you attempt a database dump on a 16K logical page size Adaptive Server, the RPC to the Backup Server hangs. This is likely to happen during times of high activity.

Workaround: kill the Backup Server and restart the dump.
