Heterogeneous data servers are incorrectly listed as available in a three-tier environment

[CR#455172] The Add Server wizard incorrectly displays that you can add Oracle DBMS, Microsoft SQL Server, and IBM Universal Database to the RMS in a three-tier environment.

Workaround: Oracle DBMS, Microsoft SQL Server, and IBM Universal Database are not supported in a three-tier environment. Do not choose these servers.
