[CR #449991] If the rs_dump_stats procedure is loaded in the Replication Server when you upgrade to Replication Server 15.0.1, rs_init cannot drop rs_dump_stats, and reports that rs_dump_stats is not found.
Workaround: Manually drop the rs_dump_stats procedure before upgrading to Replication Server 15.0.1.
