[CR #377040] If you add a reference to the RMPlugin.jar file in the CLASSPATH definition of the scjview.sh file, it causes RM to lose certain components and not function correctly.
Workaround: Do not include a reference to the RMPlugin.jar file in the CLASSPATH definition when you manually register RM into Sybase Central.
