[CR #256822] When you specify the directory services using -i, all Adaptive Servers that are started are affected rather than the specified Adaptive Server. -i overrides libtcl.cfg.
Workaround: Do not use -i; only allow the libtcl.cfg file in the default location to specify all directory services.
