FIPS online help not available (CR #430403) The FIP online help is not available when you click the Help button in Sybase Central 4.3 | Security Manager | Properties | Help.
To resolve this issue:
Unzip the file, sechelpMap.jhm, located in $JAGUAR/easmgr/doc/sechelp.jar.
After unzipping the JAR file, get the file at /sechelp/sechelp/sechelp.Map.jhm.
Add the following entry in sechelpMap.jhm:
<mapID target="helpFipsMode" url ="sechelp/sechelpp1.htm#TI3" />
