Start Sybase Central using any of the standard methods for your Windows operating system, such as:
Select Start | Programs | Sybase | Sybase Central v4.3.
Create a shortcut on your desktop for Sybase Central.
Add Sybase Central to your Startup program group.
Navigate to %SYBASE%\Shared\Sybase Central 4.3/win32 and double-click scjview.exe.
Start Sybase Central by going to $SYBASE/shared/sybcentral43 and executing scjview.sh.
