sybmigrate works on both UNIX and Windows NT platforms.
For UNIX, the executable file is located in the $SYBASE/$SYBASE_ASE/bin/sybmigrate directory.
For NT, the executable file is located in the %SYBASE%\%SYBASE_ASE%\bin\sybmigrate.bat directory.
