[CR #433746] When you try to execute a messaging operation in Adaptive Server (such as a select msgsend command) without a valid license, Adaptive Server aborts the command and you see a stacktrace.
Workaround: Make sure you have:
Installed a valid SY_RTDS license for Real-Time Data Services
Enabled RTDS services by executing:
sp_configure 'enable real time messaging',1
