Setting XSD Viewer Preferences

Set XSD Viewer preferences to either show or hide element facets in the viewer.

The Show Facets setting controls whether XSD facets are displayed in the viewer. Facets constrain the allowable values for element and attribute text. Displaying facets can cause large schemas to display more slowly in the viewer.

  1. Select Window > Preferences from the main menu bar.
  2. Expand Sybase, Inc in the left pane.
  3. Select XSD Viewer.

    By default, Show Facets is set to false and facets are not displayed.

  4. To show facets, click the arrow in the Show Facets box and select true.
  5. Click OK.
