Troubleshooting Service Container Installation

An error prompts you to ping EAServer.

If you start Service Container and receive the following message: <installation directory>\DEVRUNTIMES\SC\BIN\JAGTOOL.LOG Ping EAServer, execute the append-csijars.bat file to upgrade to Service Container 5.5 Developer Edition.
