Deploying a Dynamic Web Project

You can deploy a dynamic Web project manually to a server using the Run On Server wizard.

Prerequisites 

Create a dynamic Web project.

  1. In the Project Explorer, expand the Dynamic Web Projects category.
  2. Right-click WebContent and select Run as > Run.
  3. Specify the runtime server, then click Run:
    • Expand the tree view in the left pane and select the server you want to use for deployment.
    • Click New and define the Arguments, Classpath, Source, Environment, and Common properties in the right pane. Select the appropriate tab for each.

The Console view opens and displays the runtime process. Double-click the Console tab to maximize the view.
