Defining Link Properties

Define the link properties of linked Web application pages.

Prerequisites 

Link the pages of a Web application.

  1. On the Navigation page of the JSF Application Configuration Editor, with the Palette open, choose Select from the palette. The Select control allows you to select a link in the editor.
  2. Select the link for which you want to define properties.
  3. Click the ellipse after the From Outcome field.
  4. In the Action field, enter or type the outcome and click OK.
  5. Click the arrow in the Redirect field and select either true or false.
  6. Repeat steps 2 - 5 to define each link in the Web application.
  7. Select File > Save from the main menu bar to save the faces-config.xml file.
