Troubleshooting EJB Service Runtime Errors

Problem: Runtime errors in an EJB service.

Solution: Use the following sequence to troubleshoot EJB service errors during runtime.

  1. Deploy and test EJB services on the application server before including them in a composite Java or business process service.
  2. Verify that the application server is running.
  3. Verify that the EJB service endpoint is valid and working as a stand-alone.
