Problem: Runtime errors in a business process or composite Java service.
Solution: Add instrumentation to the service to trace the flow of the logic in the composite service. Choose from the following methods:
For a business process service, add a Message service to write some intermediate data to an endpoint, such as a file or queue, or use printf to identify the flow of the business process.
For a Java service, invoke the service to write data to the installation directory\DevRuntimes\EAServer\logs\MyHostName.log file. Make a call to the System.out class to write data to the log file.
