Problem: Testing a Web service with the Dialog Tester using X509 Signature fails if the Web service declares multiple namespaces.
The log displays an error thrown by the WSDoAllReceiver component indicating that it "cannot authenticate signature." The underlying problem is an Axis 1.4 bug. Axis 1.4 is unable to handle multiple namespaces (Jira ID: WSS4J CR wss-19 and later Axis-1889).
Solution: Use the SOAP Request/Response tester.
