Saving a WSDL

After you deploy a service package, you have the option of saving the WSDL file that defines the available service operations and their parameters.

If the service is exposed through more than one transport, you must select a single transport for the WSDL. If no transport is selected, the default is to SOAP over HTTP.

  1. Open the Enterprise Explorer.
  2. Expand Service Container and the Connection Profile (server name).
  3. Expand Packages to display all the deployed service packages.
  4. Expand the package that contains the service you want to manage.
  5. Expand the Services folder to display all the services contained in that package.
  6. Right-click the service and select Save WSDL.

The Save the WSDL wizard opens.

  7. Follow the instructions in the wizard to save the WSDL file.
