Publishing a Service to a UDDI Registry

The simplest way to publish a service to a UDDI registry is to deploy it to a service container or application server and publish it via the connection profile.

  1. Deploy the service to a service container or application server.
  2. In the Service Container (or application server) connection profile, right-click the service node and select Publish to UDDI.
  3. In the wizard dialog, select a UDDI registry connection profile and search the Published Items folder for the service.
  4. Select the business entity to publish the service under.

The URL (hosted by the Integration Server) for accessing the WSDL document of the service is automatically specified.

If the service has been deployed, its WSDL document is available to users who connect to the UDDI registry to retrieve the WSDL using the published URL.

Note: If you change a service that has been published, you can republish the service. Republishing the service updates the previously published service and tModel.
