Specify request and response flow handlers and parameters for the transport. You cannot change the existing transport, but you can add additional functionality to be used with the transport.

| Transports | Displays transports included in this package. Select the transport and then add functionality using one of the other three sections. |
| Request Flow Handlers | Request is invoked when the service is requested. When the incoming request comes in, it invokes the transport that holds handler chains that designate how the request is to be handled. |
| Response Flow Handlers | Response occurs when the server responds. When the response is being formed, it invokes the transport that hold handler chains that designate how the response is formed. |
| Parameters | Add classes on the server side to produce the parameters to be used by the transport. |
