You can specify global handlers that apply to all services in an EAServer services package profile .
The changes you make for the package profile are used for this profile only and do not change the basic service.
Handlers can be either request or response. Request is invoked when the service is requested; response occurs when the server responds.
All work is done in the Handlers section of the Handlers page of the EAServer Services Package Profile editor, which displays handlers included in the specified package. Select the package in the WorkSpace Navigator that contains this handler before you add, edit, or remove a handler.
