Service Container Security

Security providers control the user identity authorization and authentication for Service Container. By default, Service Container security is provided by the Basic Provider Suite (BPS).

You can use the native EAServer security provided by BPS. BPS is the security provider that is installed automatically with Service Container. However, you still need to configure BPS.

Alternately, you can delegate security to a third-party provider (LDAP, RADIUS, or Certificate). To integrate the security infrastructure with a supported third-party security provider, configure the properties in the <installation directory>\EAServer\Repository\CSI\conf\default.xml file.
