Configuring RepConnector

Configure RepConnector to listen for inbound database events from Replication Server.

Prerequisites 

Before configuring RepConnector, you may want to plan for Database Event Management.

RepConnector transforms each database event into an XML document and calls a message service to send the events to Service Container.

  1. Configure RepConnector to listen to database events from Replication Server.
  2. Open the Enterprise Explorer.
  3. Create a RepConnector profile.
  4. Define a RepConnector connection.

    A business process service can then pass the data to another target or implement data enrichment using a transformation service.
