Filtering SQL Results History

You can set filtering options for the SQL Results history to limit the visible results sets.

  1. Select Filters from the SQL Results view toolbar drop-down menu.
  2. In the SQL Results Filters dialog, specify which options to view in the SQL results history.
    Filtering Method Action
    Include one or more connection profiles Click the check box for a connection profile to select it.
    Indicate the maximum number of history results Click Limit visible history to, and enter a number. The default is 50.
    View results for deleted profiles or profiles whose names have changed Click Display results of unresolvable connection profiles.
    Indicate which result statuses to view Click Succeeded, Failed, Terminated, Warning, or Critical Error.
  3. Click OK.
The SQL Results view displays results according to your specified filtering options.
