Editing a Column Check Constraint

Edit a column check constraint to change a condition limiting data inserts for specified columns.

Prerequisites

Before you can edit a column check constraint, be sure that the data server containing the appropriate table is running, and you created and established a connection to the data server. Open the table containing the column check constraint in the Table Schema Editor.

In the Table Schema Editor, select the Constraints tab for the table for which you want to edit the column check constraint.
Expand the Check Constraints folder under Constraints in the directory tree, and highlight the column check constraint to edit. The Details pane displays information about the column check constraint.

Edit the column check constraint settings in the Details pane.

Field	Description
Name	Edit the name of the column check constraint in the text field.
Definition	In this field, alter the expression for the column check constraint.

Select File > Save from the main menu in WorkSpace to save your settings to the column check constraint.
