Starting a Device Application on a BlackBerry Device

Start a mobile application that is installed on a BlackBerry device.

Note: Device interfaces vary. This is an example of how to open the device application on a BlackBerry 8800. In some BlackBerry devices, the device application appears on the ribbon initially so you do not need to go to the Application list screen.
  1. In the main BlackBerry menu, click bb_app_button.
  2. In the Applications menu, highlight the icon for the device application you want to open and click the trackwheel.
