You can use the Customize Palette dialog to hide items you do not use on the Device Application Designer Palette, and you can also delete user-created screen templates.

Right-click anywhere on the Palette and select Customize.

In the Customize Palette dialog, select the item you want to hide from the left pane, then select the Hide checkbox from the right pane.

Click Apply.

Click OK when you are finished with your customizations.
