You can make changes to packages in a deployment profile, then create a new mobile deployment package that reflects the changes.

After you have made changes to the deployment profile in the Deployment Profile editor, select the Configuration tab.

Click
Create Packages to create a deployment package for each
target server under each package in the deployment profile.
The package in this step is the file with the .suppkg extension.

A server-specific package is created for each target server used for
each of the package profiles in the deployment profile.
If a package is targeted to more than one server, one
package is generated for each target.
