Calling an RPC Table from the Referenced Tables View

Use the Referenced Tables view to invoke an RPC table.

Prerequisites

You must be connected to the database that contains the procedural object and have opened the Database Debug perspective.

  1. If the Referenced Tables view is not already open, select Window > Show View > Database Debug > Referenced Tables from the main WorkSpace menu. The Referenced Tables view opens.
  2. In the left-side panel, expand the tree for Referenced Tables, right-click an RPC table, and choose Call RPC table from the context menu. If the remote procedure has input parameters, a Configure Parameters dialog opens.
  3. If the Configure Parameters dialog has opened, specify a name, type, and value for each parameter, and click OK.
Data for the RPC table is displayed by row in the right-side panel. Any error information displays in the Eclipse Error Log view.
