You must connect to the database that you want to use.

In the Data Source Explorer of the Database
Development perspective, double-click a database connection profile in the list
to display available databases.
In Enterprise Explorer, expand the Databases folder to view the existing connection profiles.

Right-click a connection profile and select Connect.
