SySAM supports Internet Protocol versions 6 and 4 (IPv6 and IPv4, respectively), however, Replication Agent supports only IPv4. The SySAM Server that is installed through the Replication Agent installation program has been configured to use IPv4. Sybase recommends that you maintain this configuration. If you must use IPv6, choose an unserved license to license Replication Agent.
