Cannot identify a partitioned table defined in encrypted
tablespace
[CR #565564] When trying to mark
a table with a partition defined in an encrypted tablespace, Replication
Agent cannot identify this type of table and so does not allow it
to be marked using the pdb_setreptable mark command.
