Addition of any new Sybase supported language using langinstall on UNIX (or langinst.exe on Windows) fails if you install Open Server 15.0 in a pre-15.0 ASE installation directory. Open Server15.0 locales overwrites the locales in the pre-15.0 ASE installation directory.
Sybase recommends that you not install Open Server 15.0 in a pre-15.0 ASE release area.
