Run the ECDA related execution scripts to change the local version of sql.ini to the global version if you are not using dsedit.
The sql.ini file is located in <install_dir>\DC-15_0\connectivity\ini to the global version for ECDA Option for ODBC and ECDA Option for Oracle.
