- cpuinfo detects too many Itanium quad core
chips fix from sylapi 2.2.0.7 – SySAM requests double the required amount
of chip licenses for Itanium 9300 series quad-core
chips. When this is the case, cpuinfo
-v displays the diagnostic messages
Family 32 Model 2 and
Family 32 >= 32. Montecito or
newer, so dual-core.
- Workaround – None. This issue was fixed in sylapi
2.2.0.8
