Corrections for forced recovery [CR 617597]

The first paragraph and note in “Starting servers in forced recovery mode,” in Chapter 13, “System Recovery and Database Repair,” in the System Administration Guide: Volume 1 are incorrect. The first paragraph should read:

“Forced recovery allows the server to start if the allocation map is inconsistent. In this mode, options display information about inconsistencies. You can also specify options to repair such inconsistencies.”

Please disregard this note:

“Use forced recovery only when normal database recovery fails to restore the database to a running state.”

In the section “Forced recovery mode,” please disregard the first paragraph.
