RTDS 4.0 incompatibility with 15.0.2
Sybase Real-Time Data Service (RTDS) version 4.0 is not certified
on Adaptive Server 15.0.2. If you have RTDS 4.0, and you upgrade
Adaptive Server to version 15.0.2, RTDS messaging stops. To use
the RTDS feature, upgrade to RTDS 4.5.
